The "One Score, One Chicago" features are special websites within the official Ravinia Festival website. To promote this special concert series, Eyetopia has created highly interactive web presentations including audio, video and Flash animations.

One Score One Chicago - 2007 View this website (Note: Page will open in new browser window) Ravinia Festival commissioned this special website to promote their 2007 series of performances of Water Music, featuring Alexander Zemlinksy's The Mermaid. In addition to the featured piece, several other concerts were also highlighted and featured on the website. Sound samples are placed throughout the site, creating a musical environment which accompanies the text essays. A music library is available for listening, using Flash to stream stereo audio files. The site also features audio dialog by Music Director James Conlon, a special Kids Activity section featuring animated illustrations from the One Score, One Chicago Resource Guide, and more!

Informative essays accentuated with sound samples explore the world of Water Music. An animated Children's presentation created using Adobe's Flash plugin was included in the website.

One Score One Chicago - 2006 View English version View Spanish version (Note: Page will open in new browser window) To promote their concert series of Robert Schumann's works, featuring his composition Scenes From Childhood, Ravinia commissioned this special website. Both English and Spanish versions of this site were created by Eyetopia Design, and feature animated Flash movies with custom sound production. Sound samples are placed throughout the site, creating a musical environment which accompanies the text essays. A music library containing the entire music composition is available for download, as well as other selected works by the composer. The site also features audio dialog by Music Director James Conlon, a special Kids Activity section featuring animated illustrations from the One Score, One Chicago Resource Guide, and more!

For the first One Score, One Chicago, Ravinia commissioned this interactive Flash movie outlining the components of a musical score. Using the music of Hector Berlioz's Symphonie fantastique, Eyetopia Design created this in-depth presentation featuring animation and custom sound production.



Ravinia Festival - Behind the Music

In 2002 and again in 2003, Eyetopia Design created seasonal websites to promote and expand the information available on specific Ravinia Seasons. Once again, Eyetopia provided custom sound production and Flash animation to both enlighten and entertain.
